What is Arke?
Arke is the first intelligent operating system for manufacturing companies. It combines three essential concepts in a single platform:

How long does it take to set up Arke?
We have already mapped (and continue to do so) the main configurations (which we call Arket) for manufacturing companies, distributors and D2C brands.
How much does the configuration phase cost?
Nothing. Zero. You only start paying for arke when arke is operating in your company.
What is an Arket?
Un Arket is a default configuration of Arke that represents an operating process expressed as if/then. Examples: the logic with which you calculate what to buy, or the automatic sending of an order confirmation after the approval of a quote.
Each Arket defines when a process is activated, whence takes the data, what It must do and whom must be involved. In practice, Arket are the bricks with which we build your way of working inside Arke: you can use the ready-made ones or create new ones tailored to your company.
Can I buy only one module?
Yes. On average, you buy an entire management system to use only 20%. We created arke so that you can only take what you need. Even within a module, you can choose which functionality to take.
How does the sales process work?

Step 1 — Discovery call
You will speak with one of our Forward Deployment Engineer, a technical person with experience in manufacturing companies who can help you discover and simplify your processes.. We will ask you a few questions to understand your objectives, current processes and any critical issues that prevent you from achieving them.
Step 2 — Tailor-made demo
We will show you the Arket (configurations) that we think are most useful for your company, together with a personalized demo of Arke. So you can immediately see what it would mean to work with the tool. We collect your feedback and iterate until everything is clear.
Step 3 — Proposal
When you feel that we have centered the processes and key points for your company, we present the economic proposal to you.
Step 4 — Onboarding
We only open a limited number of slots each month, to ensure maximum attention to each customer. After signing the contract, we will insert you into the first available slot. In the meantime, we will ask you for the necessary data, so that Arke is already ready to use at the time of your onboarding.
Can I integrate arke with other tools?
Absolutely yes. Arke is already ready to integrate with more 8,000 apps available on generic integration tools such as Zapier (including Shopify, Cloud Accounting, Gmail, Excel, and many others). If, on the other hand, you need an integration with a tool not in the Zapier catalog, you can contact us: our team dedicated to integrations will be happy to help you.
